Online Therapy in Arizona and Texas
Trauma work without the required commute.
Getting to an office every week isn’t always realistic, and it shouldn’t have to be a barrier to getting support. Whether you’re navigating a packed schedule, living outside a major city, managing a demanding career, or just prefer the comfort of your own space, online therapy makes it possible to do meaningful work without adding more to your plate.
I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth sessions to clients located anywhere in Arizona and Texas. The same quality of care, the same depth of work from wherever you are.
Therapy can fit into a full life…
Why Online Therapy Works
Online therapy isn’t a compromise. Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for most concerns, including trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues.
Here’s why my clients choose it:
Schedule sessions around your life, not the other way around. No commuting, no parking, no rushing between appointments.
Flexibility without sacrifice
Online therapy means you’re not limited to whoever is closest to your zip code. You can work with a therapist who specializes in exactly what you’re dealing with, regardless of where in Arizona or Texas you’re located.
Access to a specialist
Your home office, your back porch, your couch - as long as you have a private space and reliable internet connection, we can do this work. Some clients find they actually open up more in their own environment.
Comfort and privacy
Life gets in the way. Travel, illness, a packed week - online therapy makes it easier to show up consistently, which is one of the most important factors in making real progress.
Consistency
What online therapy with me looks like
Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform that is simple to use. Before your first session I’ll send you everything you need to get set up.
For online EMDR sessions, I use tactile bilateral stimulation or eye movements - we’ll figure out which works best for you. I’ll walk you through exactly what you need and how to get set up before we begin. Research supports the effectiveness of EMDR via telehealth and many clients prefer to be in the comfort of their own space.
All you need is a private space where you won’t be interrupted, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. Online therapy is available for both individual therapy and intensives.

It happens occasionally, and it’s not a big deal. If we lose connection, I’ll always have a backup plan in place, whether that’s reconnecting on the platform, switching to a phone call briefly, or rescheduling if needed. I’ll walk you through what to expect before your first session so you’re never caught off guard or confused.

Online EMDR is effective, and research supports it. Many clients actually find deeper trauma work feels more accessible online, since being in your own space can make it easier to fully settle in and let your guard down. The depth of the work comes from the approach and relationship, more than the room you’re sitting in.
You deserve support that fits into your life.
