Consultation for EMDR and Trauma-Focused Therapists in Scottsdale, AZ and Online
For therapists ready to go deeper in their practice.
Are you an EMDR therapist looking to deepen your practice?
Whether you’re navigating a difficult clinical presentation, working toward your EMDR certification, or wanting to add intensives to your practice - consultation is a space to obtain support, direction, and feel more confident in your career as a therapist. I view consultation as a space for deep learning, case conceptualization, and the kind of professional development that ripples into clients’ healing.
I offer direct and engaged consultation, which means I’m going to show up the same way I do with clients. Warm, honest, and genuinely invested in your growth. I’ll engage with your cases clinically, offer a fresh perspective, and give you something useful to take back into your work.
You don’t have to be at a certain level to reach out. Consultation is for all stages of EMDR practice - from your first cases post-training to complex presentations you’ve been navigating for years. I’d love to support you.
Areas of Specialty
I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, which means my consultation hours can count toward your EMDR Certification requirements. Whether you’re working through your first EMDR cases or refining your approach with more complex presentations, I offer a structured, thoughtful consultation experience that meets you where you are clinically.
EMDR Consultation
I love providing consultation on cases involving complex and developmental trauma, attachment injuries, dissociation, and significant relational wounding. Together we will look at case conceptualization, treatment planning, pacing, and building confidence in complex and co-occuring presentations. I specialize in looking at the developmental and family of origin roots underneath presenting concerns, not just symptoms at the surface, utilizing frameworks like PIT and EMDR.
Complex Trauma & CPTSD
Intensive therapy is one of the most powerful formats for trauma work, and one of the least talked about in traditional training programs. If you’re thinking about adding intensives to your practice, consultation can help you figure out how to structure sessions clinically, what populations are a good fit, how to price and market your offerings, and how to feel confident delivering extended trauma processing work.
